What punishment do you think should be handed out for the parents of Colton Work for their involvement in his death allegedly at their hands? Should Child Protection Services have any punishments leveled against them for their lack of inaction?
I think the parents should be charged of child abuse. There had been four complaints of child abuse about the child. That is horrible and that shows that they need to take action on the parents. Also I think the CPS should have a punishment too because they didn't act on not 1 but 4 complaints about the abuse of that toddler. That child could still be alive if CPS had done their job. Sadly we lost a little soul because of not only the parents for abuse but the CPS for lack of action.
